Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1961) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and an ex-legal analyst at Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, and formerly was an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She was a legal commentator on Bill O'Reilly's radio show and National Public Radio. She's been as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World with Neil Cavuto. Wiehl was born in Yakima and went to West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl served as prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She was a legal correspondent to NPR's All Things Considered. She was the "deputy chief investigative attorney for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's imposition. She taught law as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 through 2001. Wiehl served as an analyst for Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
